Tess McDONALD
Tess joined up in June 2011 after showing a bit of form in school races while competing at Northcote High. She showed a willingness to train hard and although only competing a couple of times during the winter season, did definitely improve her performance levels.
Unfortunately for the Club, Tess was also a very good netball player and was also very involved at her club as a coach with junior teams. She found it hard to combine the two sports as there was quite often a clash on Saturdays.
Fortunately, a neighbour of Tess, also a student at Northcote heard about her involvement at Collingwood Harriers and made some inquiries.
…………..and so the beginning of Tom Hall’s career as a Magpie.
